Giada Bocellari
She graduated with honors in law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, with a thesis on criminal procedural law in 2009.
She has been a trainee in the Law Firm of Avv. Prof. Angelo Giarda and she obtained the qualification to practice the legal profession in 2014. She enrolled in the Court of Milan and she matured a consolidated experience as a criminal lawyer in judicial, extrajudicial and advisory activities, across various sectors of criminal law and criminal procedural law.
Her expertise spans across the areas of corporate, financial, bankruptcy, criminal employment law, crimes against the public administration and against property. She matured experience in legal
areas of health and safety in the workplace, environmental crimes, in the fields of privacy, medical negligence, administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and measures of prevention pursuant to Legislative Decree 159/2011. She is also skilled in areas such as crimes against the person, with direct involvement in cases with broad public media coverage.
Since 2020, following a long experience abroad, Ms Bocellari started her own practice as criminal lawyer covering the whole country, both in judicial activity and in extrajudicial and consultancy activities for various companies, combining her competence also with a focus she has developed for social issues and commitment to voluntary work.
In 2022 she decided to enroll in the lists of public defenders of the Court of Milan and to attend specialization courses in human rights, with particular regard to immigration law.
Since 2010 he has been teaching assistant in criminal procedural law at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and she collaborates on a regular basis with the related chairs of Avv. Prof. Gianluca Varraso, Avv. Prof. Enrico Mancuso and Prof. Paola Corvi.
Since 2014 she has been the author of numerous publications in various sectors of criminal law, criminal procedural law, as well as in relation to the administrative liability of entities pursuant to
Legislative Decree 231/2001 and prevention measures. She regularly contributes with articles in the journal Processo Penale e Giustizia directed by Prof. Scalfati and she is also writer and
commentator on some articles of the Criminal Procedure Code commented by Profs. Giarda and
Spangher, as well as the Commentary II 231 in doctrine and jurisprudence, directed by Profs. Perini and Levis.
She has been speaker at conferences and at the School of Investigative Journalism of IlGiornale.it.
Since 2016 he has been Chairman and member of various Supervisory Bodies of listed companies.
In 2023 she founded together with the lawyer. Andrea Scarpellini the BS Law Firm, where she is
involved in criminal law (with particular reference to crimes involving economic competence) and
closely connected issues (compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001; prevention measures), including drafting of Models 231.
Andrea Scarpellini
He is a lawyer, registered with the Order of Milan and authorized to practice before the Superior Courts.
Before graduating in law, he obtained a degree in Economics and Business from the Catholic University of Milan.
He started his career in leading law and consultancy firms (Law firm founded by Francesco Carnelutti – ass. prof. Vita Samory, Fabbrini & associati; Arthur Andersen; Ernst & Young), with a specialization in Forensic & Litigation and in Compliance activities.
Following the collaboratiom with the law firm of lawyer Massimo Montesano, he was responsible
for the criminal law department of Villa Roveda e Associati, where he remains the contact person
for the criminal law as ‘Of counsel’ (and, in this capacity, is a member of the Observatory of Criminal Lawyers of Studies Multipractice) to date.
In 2022 he founded, together with avv. Nicola Sbrenna, the 231.360° network, composed of
professionals with specialized skills in various technical areas referred to by the crimes prerequisite of responsibility of entities dependent on crime pursuant to d. lgs. 231/2001 (www.231-360.it).
In 2023 he founded, with the lawyer Giada Bocellari, the BS Law Firm, where he specializes in law criminal law (with particular reference to crimes involving economic areas) and issues Closely connected (compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001; prevention measures).
Since 2023 he is Of counsel of Advisora, an association of professionals operating in the field of judicial administration of assets and businesses seized and confiscated (www.advisora.it).
He is an expert in Criminal Law, Strategies to combat organized crime and measures of prevention, Criminal Labour Law at the University of Milan.
He teaches as part of the specialization course in criminal law "Giorgio Marinucci" organized by the University of Milan.
He is a member of the Compliance and Organizational Models Commission of the Order of Chartered Accountants and of the Accounting Experts of Milan.
He is a founding member of the association of legal studies Ragione&Diritto (www.ragionediritto.it).
He is a speaker at conferences and author of articles and publications on issues of criminal law,
measures of Prevention and compliance with d. lgs. 231/2001.
He carries out pro bono legal activities in the Pro Bono Italia association.
