Avv. Sbrenna completed classical studies and he then graduated magna cum laude in law in 2000;
lawyer since 2003, he obtained his PhD in antitrust law in 2006 (partnership branches in addition to the University of Perugia, Milan Bocconi and Rome Luiss) and in the same year he became a
professor of commercial law at the University of Perugia.
Since 2016 he was granted the authorization to practice before the Superior Courts and he has been legal practitioner at the European Patent Office in Munich.
Since 2022 he has been the representative for Lombardy of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Dubai.
From 2009 to 2012 he was research fellow in industrial law; he was also adjunct professor of European Union law at the University of Perugia.
From 2015 to 2019 he was a research fellow in the protection of innovation.
His areas of practice are: intellectual property, corporate law and the administrative liability of entities (Legislative Decree 231/2001).
Since 2008 he has been a collaborator of G.A.D.I. (Annotated Jurisprudence of Industrial Law) founded and directed until 2018 by Prof. Avv. Adriano Vanzetti.
He is a member of AIPPI and AODV 231.
He has taught in various university masters of second level, in advanced training courses and in schools of specialization, as well as having publications on the subject of patents, design, copyright, utility models and biotechnology; finally, he was a speaker at a series of conferences relating to intellectual property and its relationship with the national legal system and Legislative Decree 231/2001.
